She is an experienced banker with expertise in relationship, wealth management and managing teams to perform at the highest level. A member of the Chartered Institute of Leadership and Governance, New Mexico (USA), she has attained the most recongizable influential personality of the month under review under the publication’s sphere of Governance, Leadership, Business, Education and the candidates ability to uphold the code of conduct of the organisation. She as well holds an EMBA from the University of Ghana Business School.
Genevieve manages Fidelity Bank’s A&C Mall Branch. She is an associate member of the retail banking academy (UK) and currently a doctorial candidate at the Swiss Business School.

She wields a strong background in Human resource management, benefit administration, budget and cost management, project management, HR Operations and Recruitment & Training.
A product of University of Ghana, she as well holds an MA in Human Resource Management from the University of Westminster, London, UK. Her career experiences has been built working with organisations including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Accra, Simply Medical UK and Avantel, UK.
Her impact in the field of Human Resource management remains indelible in companies such as L’OREAL West Africa, Accra and ETHIMEX West Africa, Tema Ghana.
She was the Group Head, HR for LMI Holdings and currently the Human Resource Manager for Springfield Group, Accra Ghana

With a track record as head of commercial banking at Access Bank and head of treasury sales and product development at Intercontinental Bank, he carries expertise in business, finance, technology driven and efficient transportation infrastructure. He is a proponent of electronic banking and digital transaction in Ghana.
In the five years that Arnold has been at the helm of leadership at AFB, the business has grown from $15m to $100m with a customer base increase from 80,000 to 2 million.
Bishop Matthew Addae-Mensah

Bishop Matthew Addae-Mensah is a man of extraordinary faith and boldness, with a ministry spanning over 36 years and counting. He gave his life to Christ as a teenager when Jesus appeared to him physically on 13th October 1976.
His ministry has seen nine people raised from the dead, over 2500 women receiving the fruit of the womb and so many healings, signs and wonders, catching the interest of international media houses including CNN.
He oversees Gospel Light International Church, a thriving faith and deliverance ministry with branches in Ghana and abroad.
His principles on the authority of the word of God, faith, integrity, righteousness and holiness has made him one of Ghana’s charismatic generals.
He is married to Bishop Naana Addae-Mensah and is blessed with four children.
